Adamá is a company dedicated to the production and marketing of exceptional wine. The entire team is united by a passion for good wine.

The project consists of the design and production, by the technical team, of the wine that best represents the wine-growing characteristics of the area, and that, the wine lover, will most captivate.

From there the best vineyards are selected; Normally, a set of small farms cultivated and managed by artisans by professionals, and supervised by the technical team.

Next, the grapes are purchased. In Ribera del Duero wines, the grapes come from old vines (more than 60 years old) that are collected in boxes, transported to the winery and selected to obtain our Adamá wine.

Afterwards, the necessary winemaking protocol is established to produce the wine that each land expresses, and work is carried out in the facilities of a good winery close to the vineyard.

The power of the vineyard reflected in our Adamá wine requires passage through barrels, we work with 90% new 225 L French and American oak barrels. The length of time spent in the barrel as well as the proportion of French or American oaks depends on the characteristics of the harvest.

Adamá is the bet of Proyectos Sanctvs in the Ribera del Duero. Adamá is only made when the optimal ripening conditions are met in the vineyard. When exceptional ripening conditions occur in some of the plots from which Adamá is made, we choose to independently pamper this grape and in some years we make Adamá EF, the maximum expression of our vineyard in Quintana del Pidio.
